I received the EC-BD15 as a Christmas Gift. There was no silver label with serial number anywhere on the product. I examined coffee maker and box with flashlight and magnifying glass and cannot see a serial number.

The coffee maker reservoir leaks. If I make coffee immediately only about 2 - 4 oz leaks on counter. However this weekend just to see what was going on I filled reservoir to the top i.e. 10 cups and did not make coffee and after 3 hours I checked and the reservoir only had 3 cups of water and my counter was flooded with water.

This coffee maker was a gift from good friends at Monkey Joe Roasting Company, Broadway, Kingston, NY 12401. They have one in their home and I have admired it for several years, but theirs doesn't leak.

It make great coffee, but I can't mop the floor every time I make a cup of coffee.

I have contacted their website to find out if they will send a UPS free shipping label and I will return this to them for one that doesn't leak.

The caraffe works fine.

Hopefully they will respond. It makes great coffee.

It appears that other people have had similar problems.

I purchased the Breville toaster oven- the 650 as it was the best size for us. Then I purchased this board and it is the best, creates usable space and is a great board/tray as well: get it if you get the oven! (and the pizza pan too!)

It's sturdy and looks good on top of the toaster oven it was designed to sit on top of. I use it as protection only and don't plan to cut on it. A little pricey.

The bamboo cutting board and serving tray fits just perfect on top on the Breville Compact oven and is so practical. By using this board, the space on top of the oven is now usable for storing items, etc. Also the quality of this item is terrific and is can also be used away from the oven as a serving tray or cutting board. If you do purchase the oven, don't miss out on this accessory. It is awesome to have as well without the oven.

This is great, now I can keep our favorite (everyday) plates right at hand, stored right on the board. The plates also warm up for use when the oven is being used.

I go this pizza roller on October 6th. It works exactly as I expected it to. The metal appears to be rust resistant as it hasn't rusted yet and the wood is very smooth and has a nice, solid feel to it. I believe this item will last.

I have been surprised by these budget-priced pans. They heat evenly and quickly, have excellent non-stick properties, and seem to hold up well in day-to-day use. I have been using them for about two months, and they show no sign of wear and still have non-stick performance comparable to when they were brand new. They are nicely weighted, although I would not consider them lightweight compared to other pans I have used, they are easy to flip and not too heavy at all. Based on their performance over the last few months, I expect them to last for a long time, but even if they don't, at this price there is not much to complain about.

I kept buying $50-70 frying and they would break down in a year. So I decided to get something a little cheaper and see how they stood up. Well, I have used these for several months and they are still performing quite well. Someday I might go back to the high end pans, but for now, these are performing just as well. And for a $10 pan, I am a thrilled with their performance. T-Fal has made me a believer in their product line and I don't think this will be my last purchase from the company.

Unlike some here, I knew what I was getting.
These are well coated, and have a nice bottom and handle.
They get used almost daily.

For those looking for a 'frying pan', get cast iron.
