There was no silver label with serial number anywhere on the product. I examined coffee maker and box with flashlight and magnifying glass and cannot see a serial number. The coffee maker reservoir leaks. If I make coffee immediately only about 2 - 4 oz leaks on counter. However this weekend just to see what was going on I filled reservoir to the top i.e. 10 cups and did not make coffee and after 3 hours I checked and the reservoir only had 3 cups of water and my counter was flooded with water. This coffee maker was a gift from good friends at Monkey Joe Roasting Company, Broadway, Kingston, NY 12401. They have one in their home and I have admired it for several years, but theirs doesn't leak. It make great coffee, but I can't mop the floor every time I make a cup of coffee. I have contacted their website to find out if they will send a UPS free shipping label and I will return this to them for one that doesn't leak. The caraffe works fine. Hopefully they will respond.
