The product was just want my husband wanted but i was annoyed that shipping cost was so much. I also was charged a conversion rate on my credit card for one of my amazon purchases and haven’t been able to find out which one.

This spatula worked very well for me and I’m a private chef. The smaller size works in a non-commercial setting and I suppose that the larger spatula may be useful for a restaurant’s kitchen. I was concerned about the rounded handle but I found the grip was fine upon usage. I also liked the loop on the end for storage.

I confess that I was a little disappointed with the quality of this spatula. It is on par with other stainless steel kitchen gadgets coming out of China these days, but I thought I was paying more for Swiss quality.

The edge of the spatula is too thick, but once I sharpened it down on a waterstone and put a polished edge on it, it outperformed my LamsonSharp spatula in terms of flexibility and abuse. You can really flex this thing and it’ll bounce right back to its original shape. My LamsonSharp started getting pretty weak after 2 months of hard use.
4/5 stars for being too thick coming out of the factory, but nothing a handy person can’t fix.

I would give it 5 stars if the handle was more ergonomic. I like that it can be put in the dishwasher.
