This is a great product. I haven’t cut pizza with it yet ’cause I need it to cut other kinds of products. I am a pastry chef and i think this product is excellent. The blade is so thin it doesn’t scar my pate a fruit also i torch it to cut frozen ganache and when i wash it clean there are no burn marks, just like new. Love it!

Works like its supposed to. However, after about a year of use, the plastic sleeve that holds the wheel to the handle began to loosen, and a few weeks later, fell right off. Look for one with metal..maybe a few dollars more, but should last lots longer.

We like to make our own pizza. In the past we have sliced it up with a large, sharp, unwieldy and slightly dangerous knife. The pizza wheel is similar to that used in commercial pizza places. Gets the job done safely and easily. Nice addition to our pizza making capability.

It’s a pizza cutter… What can I say. The only issue I have is that the ad didn’t say it was a “larger” wheel. They said “standard size” & it’s not. It’s a 4″ wheel.

I would recommend this to anyone looking for a pizza wheel. This cuts pizzas and even quesadillas with ease likely due to the larger wheel it has. The grip is also comfortable and easy to hold.
