These egg rings are great. Although they are non-stick, I use a little non-stick cooking spray with them. They are great for eggs, and they make great small pancakes. I use a quarter cup measure for pancakes.

I bought this for my husband who likes egg sandwiches. Typically he would only need one or two eggs, which do not work well with the holder. Everything sticks to the rings, you need a really big, flat pan to use them. If you only want to use one, then how do you pick it up? Too cumbersome to use for us.
