I have several of the Kuhn Rikon knives… all in red. I bought them specifically to keep in my Big Camp kitchen gear, but they would be great in the kitchen as well. They are high quality, easy to clean and all come with blade protectors. The red color make them easy to see and less likely to be left outside. This is the perfect picnic knife.
