heavy gauge steel with a quality non-stick surface, what can I say? It’s a baking sheet, not a sports car.

It’s a good pan but it gets scratched easily. It won’t last as long as I hoped it would.

I have 4 of these and just purchased another one. These sheets are very well made, very heavy and I have never experienced warping with these sheets. They have a strong and well-made lip and can double as jelly-roll pans. I recommend using parchment paper on your cookie sheets to protect them from staining, to allow for easy clean-up and to prevent sticking. If you do this, your cookie sheets will look new for many years. These cookie sheets produce evenly-browned cookies and last for a very long time. I recommend them, they are worth the price.

Maybe I got a lemon at BB&B but the finish yellowed quickly and the pan sounds like a gunshot when I put it in the oven over 350 degrees. Sucks! I got a 2 pack and they both warp at higher temperatures. I have never put them in a dishwasher or dinged these pans in any way. Very disappointing.
