Since I purchased one of these knives at a store in Napa, CA, I knew exactly what to expect. I love the non-stick feature of the knive. You can cut anything cleanly. The blade is very sharp so working with these knives is quick and precise. I would love to have several in every size they offer! The colors are wonderful–a nice change from typical kitchen knives. The red and orange are especially vivid but all the colors are great. Each knife comes with a sheath to protect both your hands and the blades. Also, you can store them in a drawer, no need for a knife block. I have many different knives in my kitchen but these have fast become my favorites. They are easy to use, easy to clean and fun to work with. The price is also very attractive. If you prepare food on a regular basis, you know that a sharp knife is important for prep work. Performance knives can be very expensive but these Kuhn Rikon knives perform extremely well and the price is surprisingly low.

This is a great knife for the money. It is very sharp and easy to handle. I think it works great. It has weight to it and is not as thick a blade it is thiner so it cuts through things easier. In my opinion it is a “Great buy”.

This knife is very nice and I love the sheath. It cuts as well as any knife I’ve ever had and really was rather inexpensive.

This knife arrives with a razor sharp edge. It does dull with use but is easily resharpened.

I find I use it every single day for sandwich and meal preparation.

I still use my “good” knives for a large meal but this has become my

standby for most kitchen chores. The blade cover also makes it safer when children are around.

This is really an outstanding chef’s knife, worthy of a culinary artist. The thin coated blade with blood holes cuts silky smooth and holds a great edge. I love it… and I have another Kuhn Rikon paring knife with scabbard that I carry in my pocket in the restaurant kitchen. Simply an outstanding value.

You won’t be sorry with these knives!
