A hip new restaurant has opened in London. Food critics appear to be giving it the thumbs up. Richard Vines from Bloomberg says “London’s best new restaurant of the year has just opened its doors. Hibiscus is likely to be showered with awards and stars, so now is a good time to make bookings before the place is jammed and prices start to rise.”Hmmm, pretty high praise indeed. But may be well warranted, as the restaurant is owned by Claude & Claire Bosi, who have trained under some renowned French chefs.
